Your page, your prices, your rules
Six steps from empty account to a public booking page people can pay on. It takes about five minutes.
1 — Create your profile
Sign in as a creator and pick your handle and display name. Your public page goes live instantly at kollektiv.link/@yourhandle — no approval, no waiting.
Dashboard → the setup form appears the first time you log in.
2 — Add services & events
A service is a session you sell (tattoo slot, DJ set, print run). An event is a date people book into. Set the standard price, and switch on solidarity pricing so people who can pay more, do.
Dashboard → Services / Events → new entry.
3 — Split the money
Add collaborators to any offering with a percentage each — artist, venue, second DJ. Every paid booking creates the payouts automatically.
Dashboard → Services / Events → Collaborators.
4 — Post announcements & drops
Announcements show up on the Notice Board at the top of your public page. Mark one as a flash drop with a countdown and a waitlist for secret parties or limited slots.

5 — Get paid
Visitors book and pay by card without creating an account. Invoices are generated with the §19 UStG small-business note, ready to download.
Dashboard → Bookings and Invoices.
6 — Get notified
Connect the Kollektiv Telegram bot and a message hits your phone the second someone pays. Add a private e-mail address for the same alerts by mail.
Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.
Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG): invoices carry the line “Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.”
